No. Belgrave is about 8.3 kilometres south-east of our Boronia workshop, well inside the area we cover every week, so there is no travel loading on the quote. The call-out and the first half hour are priced before we start.
The neighbouring suburbs we work are Belgrave Heights, Belgrave South, Kallista and Selby. A Belgrave booking often slots into a run we already have through them.
The council is Yarra Ranges and the postcode is 3160. Ordinary work here needs no council permit, only licensed work and a safety certificate.
They run at roughly the level of a fridge compressor, but the sound carries outdoors at night. Siting away from bedroom windows and neighbouring boundaries solves it, which is why we walk the site before quoting.
