  • SWITCHBOARD THERMAL SCANS
  • HOT JOINT DETECTION
  • OVERLOADED CIRCUIT IDENTIFICATION
  • COMMERCIAL BOARD SURVEYS
  • ANNUAL INSPECTION PROGRAMS
  • REPORTED + RANKED FINDINGS
THE PROBLEM

Electrical failures glow before they burn

A loose connection runs hot for months before it fails — and the failure is a dead board on a Tuesday or worse. A thermal camera sees the heat signature while it's still a ten-minute fix.

We scan boards live under load, rank every finding by severity, and hand you a photo report — a lot of commercial insurers now ask for exactly this.

GOOD TO KNOW

What heat reveals that eyes can't

Electricity flowing through resistance makes heat — and failing connections are, above all, points of rising resistance. A termination loosened by years of thermal cycling runs hotter than its neighbours long before it arcs. Under a thermal camera, that future failure glows: a bright spot in an otherwise even board, a phase running hotter than its siblings, a breaker warmer than its load justifies.

The discipline is in the interpretation. A hot spot means little without context: what's the load right now, what's the ambient temperature, is the pattern a loose joint or just an honest hard-working circuit? That's why scans happen live under normal load, and why findings are ranked by temperature rise over baseline — not just raw numbers that scare without informing.

Excellent service! The team arrived on time and completed the installation efficiently and up to scratch. Everything was done neatly, with great attention to detail. Ryan and Jack are top blokes and easy to deal with. Highly recommended!

Jeffrey Belvez · Glen Waverley

Absolutely fantastic service and work done! The boys were super accommodating, answered any questions I had without a problem, left everything neat and tidy and overall did an amazing job installing our battery and inverter. Cannot recommend enough.

Isaac Giblett · Battery + inverter

Zak and Ryan did a amazing job. Even with the obstacles of a double story home with a internal switch board they persevered in the heat and got the job done. Thanks guys we realy appreciate your work and polite attitude.

Stephen S · Switchboard

Luke and his team installed our solar panels over the space of 2 days. Great service arrived on time and communicated well, took away all rubbish made sure the place was left tidy and walked me through the app and next steps. Would highly reccomend!

Christie V · Solar install

Ryan and Jack did a great job doing the electrical work on my new 4 head split system. They got the job done in no time, and my split systems were up and running. Once connected, Ryan made sure all 4 heads were working. Thanks guys, great job!

James "Mitchi" Mitch · Split system

The experience is very nice with them. Specially Roy and Jack did their best. We are so much happy about their service. They heard every single word of us and suggest us which is good and why. Highly recommend

A NOTE FROM LUKE

Most of what's wrong with this industry comes down to one thing: the person selling isn't the person installing.

I'm a licensed A-Grade electrician, and so is everyone who'll be on your roof or in your switchboard. When we quote your home, we're quoting work we'll do ourselves — which is why we'll happily talk you out of gear you don't need.

If you're thinking about getting off gas, call us. Worst case, you'll hang up knowing more than you did.
