THE PROBLEM

A stopped line costs more than any electrician

In food and pharma, electrical work happens inside hygiene regimes, washdown zones and audit trails — and the line restarting on schedule matters more than anything on the invoice.

Luke spent years keeping production lines running before Polarised existed. Shutdown windows, staged changeovers, testing before the restart — it's the discipline this crew was built on.

GOOD TO KNOW

Working inside production constraints

Industrial electrical work is scheduled around a truth office trades never face: the line's output is worth more per hour than any contractor on site. Everything follows from that. Materials staged and verified before the window opens. Isolation plans written and walked before anyone lifts a tool. Two crews where one would do, because a shutdown window missed is a week's production lost.

Food and pharma add their own layer: washdown-rated gear because the area gets hosed nightly, hygiene-compliant fixings and glands, stainless where mild steel would rust into the product stream, and documentation an auditor can trace. This is the environment Luke came from — it's not a sideline for this crew, it's the origin story.

Jeffrey Belvez · Glen Waverley

Absolutely fantastic service and work done! The boys were super accommodating, answered any questions I had without a problem, left everything neat and tidy and overall did an amazing job installing our battery and inverter. Cannot recommend enough.

Isaac Giblett · Battery + inverter

Zak and Ryan did a amazing job. Even with the obstacles of a double story home with a internal switch board they persevered in the heat and got the job done. Thanks guys we realy appreciate your work and polite attitude.

Stephen S · Switchboard

Luke and his team installed our solar panels over the space of 2 days. Great service arrived on time and communicated well, took away all rubbish made sure the place was left tidy and walked me through the app and next steps. Would highly reccomend!

Christie V · Solar install

Ryan and Jack did a great job doing the electrical work on my new 4 head split system. They got the job done in no time, and my split systems were up and running. Once connected, Ryan made sure all 4 heads were working. Thanks guys, great job!

James "Mitchi" Mitch · Split system

The experience is very nice with them. Specially Roy and Jack did their best. We are so much happy about their service. They heard every single word of us and suggest us which is good and why. Highly recommend

A NOTE FROM LUKE

Most of what's wrong with this industry comes down to one thing: the person selling isn't the person installing.

I'm a licensed A-Grade electrician, and so is everyone who'll be on your roof or in your switchboard. When we quote your home, we're quoting work we'll do ourselves — which is why we'll happily talk you out of gear you don't need.

If you're thinking about getting off gas, call us. Worst case, you'll hang up knowing more than you did.
