Casey is mostly newer estate housing, so the board is modern and RCD-protected — the catch is what's behind it. Standard practice on these builds was one small sub-main to the garage sized for lights and a couple of outlets, so a charger needs a dedicated run or load management. Boards are also frequently full despite being new, which is a spare-ways problem rather than a compliance one.
