No. The run from Boronia to Ferntree Gully is about 2.7 kilometres south, which is well inside our regular patch, so there is nothing added for travel.
Everything immediately around Ferntree Gully, including Boronia, Knoxfield, Lysterfield and Rowville. We treat the group as one working area rather than separate bookings.
Ferntree Gully is in Knox (3156). Council approval is not part of a standard job, and we will tell you plainly if your property is the exception.
If there's a burning smell, switch off the affected circuit at the board. If the whole house is out, check whether the neighbours are too, that usually means a network fault rather than yours. Then don't touch anything else.
