Nunawading sits at about 2299 people per square kilometre, standard detached housing, where a typical system is a panel, a keypad by the door, contacts on the accessible openings and two or three interior detectors. Nunawading is about 130 metres above sea level, on rising ground, which usually means the house sits above or below the street. That changes which entry point is actually the vulnerable one.
At about 18 kilometres out, Nunawading sits where most jobs are replacing a panel installed twenty years ago that no longer has parts available. Because Nunawading straddles Manningham and Whitehorse, the only thing worth confirming is the address for any monitoring paperwork.
Being next to Blackburn and Blackburn North means Nunawading is almost never a standalone trip for our crew. Postcode 3131, about 5.4 square kilometres, 12413 residents at the 2021 census: that is the shape of Nunawading inside Manningham.
A note on how Nunawading developed: == Transport ==
Nunawading has benefited from the new Nunawading railway station, one of the larger metropolitan stations in the eastern suburbs, and the Springvale Road grade separation, in 2010. It is a fair guide to window types, and window type decides the contact. We are in and out of Nunawading and its neighbours constantly. That run includes Blackburn, Blackburn North, Doncaster East and Donvale.
Our workshop is in Boronia, 10.8 kilometres north-west of Nunawading. That proximity is the whole reason we can hold a fixed quote rather than pricing in the unknown.
